Have you been to the Store yet?

If you have visited our Digital Download Store and have not succeeded in downloading our complete program, we do profoundly apologize. Since we are producers and content people, we had no idea that it required an Internet Technology Scientist to figure out how it works. We had instructed our download service to make it clear and simple, but alas! these high-level techies do not relate to the word “simple.” We think we all might have sorted it all out, but we are not sure until we receive your comments and/or your orders. Feel free to express yourselves, we probably feel the same way.

After weeks of the most complicated, frustrating, disappointing technological tyranny we have ever experienced, we have finally found the trustworthy individual who can make sure that our program can be safely delivered to your personal computer. You will find, in the FAQ’s of the Download Store, answers to your questions about the compatability of your computer to the download technology. We want you to be sure your computer is ready to receive and play the 70-minute program. Many of you can then hook it up to your large screen TV/Monitor and watch it with your family.

We have removed the narration from the cultural program so that Coptic families will not be distracted by facts you already know. Rather, you can fully enjoy Coptic music, so beautiful and ancient, as you visit and discuss places both familiar and far away.

The Consecration photography, however, parallels the onsite narration of the actual event on Nov. 14, 1971. Since that was broadcast to all of Egypt that day it is not in English, so subtitles are furnished.

We hope that all will go smoothly, at last. We want this to be a time of peace and great comfort for you during this Holy Nativity Season as well as the Season of Pascha. May it be so.

 Sincerely, The Producers
